Based on development as economic progress, a preliminary financial feasibility of between PKR 2700B and PKR 3000B has been established, which will result in job opportunities across a wide range of industries. Major commercial activity in the surrounding areas, including the Gulberg neighbourhood, is expected to increase as a result of this development. Five distinct districts—the Commercial Zone, the Digital District, the Residential District, the Entertainment District, and the Government Zone—have been established within the Development, each with its own set of characteristics and dynamics and linked by a network of urban green infrastructure designed by illustrious international architects.
